Luka Doncic has been one of the most dominant players in the league, and now he’s earning recognition from one of Boston’s biggest names. Celtics guard Jaylen Brown recently spoke about Doncic during a livestream, giving a brutally honest assessment of just how unstoppable he’s been.
“Luka’s been going crazy recently. Let’s be honest, that boy Luka is something different, bro,” Brown said via Clutchpoints. “His ability to score the ball, his f**king natural instinct to score the ball is through the roof. And me, just as a fan of the game, I’m always watching my competitors, I’m always watching the game just trying to learn my opponent… get better, all of the above.”

Through 60 games, the 27-year-old is putting up 33.4 points, 8.4 assists and 7.9 rebounds per night, establishing himself as one of the most complete offensive engines in basketball. His ability to control pace, create shots and break down defenses has made him nearly impossible to contain.
And recently, he’s taken things to another level.
During a nine-game winning streak for Los Angeles, Doncic averaged 40 points, 8.4 rebounds and 7.4 assists while shooting efficiently from both the field and beyond the arc. That stretch included a game-winner against Denver and a massive 60-point performance against Miami, moments that only added to his growing MVP case.
Around the league, players are clearly taking notice.
Brown’s praise reflects what many already believe, that Doncic’s offensive instincts and scoring ability are among the best in the game today. His combination of size, skill and creativity continues to separate him from most guards in the league.
The Lakers’ streak may have ended with a narrow loss to Detroit, but their position near the top of the West remains strong. With a playoff push underway, Doncic is not only producing at an elite level, he’s commanding respect from everyone, including his biggest rivals.
