NBA Fans React to Bronny James’ 1v1 Summer Workouts

Bronny James has been putting in the work this summer and videos of him cooking Talen-Horton Tucker and Cavs guard Darius Garland have been doing the rounds on social media.

Unfortunately for Bronny, being the son of the arguably the NBA’s greatest ever player comes with a fair bit of pressure.

So, fairly or unfairly the 19-year-old gets judged on absolutely everything he does.

Last week, a Summer League player admitted there was 250 cameras on Bronny at all times wherever he went.

So naturally, when his summer workouts get posted, people have a lot to say.

Carmelo Anthony’s son Kiyan Anthony could be the next NBA legend’s son to join the league.

After seeing Bronny, he’s pretty confident he can get there.

“It just shows that anybody could do it,” Anthony said, via Scoop B Robinson. “I’m coming up next, and I could do it. Definitely happy for him and definitely congratulations to him.”

Jeanie Buss also recently weighed in on the attention Bronny has been getting and she sounds like a fan of his work.

“We have to let the kid have an opportunity to play and prove that he should be in a Laker uniform,” Buss said on AM 570 LA Sports.

“Everything that we’ve seen from him and about him and his work ethic, just some of the things he’s had to overcome being the son of a big star. He works hard, he’s dedicated. He really wants to do this. And if we can have a roster of players with that same mentality, then I think the sky is the limit.”
