NBA Players React to PJ Tucker’s Retirement

PJ Tucker has officially announced his retirement from the NBA after 14 seasons via Instagram on Thursday.

Tucker announced the news via social media during the NBA playoffs:

“20 years being my job but 40 plus years of not being able to fathom doing anything other than it. So here’s to retiring from the NBA… because I will NEVER stop ballin,” Tucker wrote in the caption of his Instagram post.

His list of accolades include:

🔸Israeli Super League Champion
🔸German League Champion
🔸German Cup Winner
🔸Big 12 Player of the Year

Tucker played for eight different teams across 14 NBA seasons, including the Suns, Rockets and Philadelphia.

He was drafted by Toronto and his one-year rookie stint there, he went overseas and spent the next five years playing basketball away from United States.

He returned to the league in 2012, after initially signing a deal with the Suns.
