DeMarcus Cousins Loses It After Ejection in Puerto Rico: WATCH

DeMarcus

Former NBA All-Star DeMarcus Cousins found himself in the middle of a full-blown meltdown in Puerto Rico’s BSN league that’s gone viral.

The 34-year-old now plays for the Guaynabo Mets and was on the road against Vaqueros de Bayamón.

Late in the fourth quarter, things got heated fast- and if you’ve followed Cousins’ career, you know he’s never exactly been shy about confrontation.

It all started when Cousins got into a verbal altercation with a heckler courtside. The fan reportedly mocked him by pretending to cry.

Cousins fired back by grabbing his crotch in front of the guy. The fan flipped him off. Then it got physical. Cousins grabbed the man’s arm, and before it could spiral even further, teammates jumped in to pull him away.

Officials tossed Cousins from the game, but he wasn’t done.

As he made his way toward the tunnel, things violently erupted as fans started throwing drinks at him and hurling abuse.

Cousins has never been one to back down, so tried to charge back at them before being taken down by police.

He eventually got up, flipped off the crowd, and had a few more choice words before heading out.

Cousins finished the night with 11 points and seven rebounds, but none of that mattered after what went down.

His team lost 101–92, and the league has yet to issue a formal statement.

People are already drawing comparisons to the 2004 Palace incident with Ron Artest, even if this didn’t quite reach that level.

DeMarcus Cousins hasn’t played in the NBA since 2022, and this might just be the final nail in any return hopes.

As for what’s next? Nobody knows.
