Draymond Green has taken aim at disgruntled Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins and rookie big man Zach Edey after his foul incident in the Grizzlies-Warriors game Friday.

In the third quarter, Edey hit the floor and his foot got caught between Green’s arm . Green originally was called for a transition take foul over it.

After the game, the NBA upgraded the play to a Flagrant 1 and Jenkins voiced his concern over the incident.

But Draymond Green has some thoughts about Jenkins’ reaction.

“You got janky Taylor Jenkins, who’s a softie- bro, this is game 11. You running to the media crying about a foul, that- come on, bro,” Green said on his self-titled show. “So guess what you just taught your 7’3″ rookie? How to be emotional and run to the media talking about a foul. We bigs. We big men. You don’t run to the media talking about a foul. You a big man!”

The Warriors’ forward went on to predict that other NBA teams will use this incident to target Edey, cause he clearly isn’t ‘tough’.

“He’s big enough to possibly have fooled people that he could be a little tough,” Green went on to say. “And now nobody believe you. Now Joel Embiid gonna, like, try to put his chest into the stanchion, just to see, like, ‘Huh, I think he might be a little soft,’ BOOM!”

In case you missed it, these were the initial comments Jenkins made about Draymond after the game on Friday:

“Overall, thought he was really good. And very disappointing, there was that one play, we were about to start the break and he’s been playing really hard to try to outlet, and Draymond grabs his leg and pulls him down and it doesn’t get reviewed.

“So I know there’s a code in this league, and I don’t understand how that wasn’t reviewed. Very disappointing.”
