Boston Celtics guard Derrick White involved in a fight with fans on Saturday at a college football rivalry game between Colorado and Colorado State and NBA fans are reacting to the footage.

TMZ Sports released a video of the incident on Monday. The footage shows a fan swinging his arm at White and knocking the hat off his head.

Then multiple fans got into a fight over, but from the footage it seems White did his best to stay out of it.

Law enforcement at Colorado State’s Canvas Stadium prevented the situation from escalating further and White walked away without incident, TMZ reported.

Mild mannered White is the last NBA player people expect to be involved in an altercation, so some hilarious reactions have come out of the footage.

TMZ says they “reached out to White’s camp for further information on the matter, but so far, we’ve yet to hear back. As for cops, they tell us there was no police report filed regarding the encounter.”

The C’s guard played at CU from 2015 to 2017. He was named to the Pac-12’s 2017 All-Conference First Team, All-Defensive Team and All-Tournament Team. He was also selected to the USBWA All-District VIII First Team and NABC All-District 20 Second Team.
