Spurs’ Jeremy Sochan Crashes $240K Porsche: VIDEO

Spurs forward Jeremy Sochan crashed his very expensive prosche in Texas last weekend, TMZ Sports reports.

It happened on August 24 at the I-10 and Loop 1604 intersection, according to documents the outlet obtained from the San Antonio Police Department.

The police report read, “[Sochan] states he was headed SB at the listed location when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the left side guard rail/bridge.

“EMS services were refused. TxDOT was contacted and updated on the listed damage. [Sochan’s] was the only vehicle involved in the listed incident.”

Sochan’s lime green 2019 sportscar looked a little banged up from the incident.

The aftermath was caught by someone filming in their car on the way past the scene and posted to social media.

There were no major injuries from the crash, according to the report.

Speed was listed as the contributing factor in the crash. but officials told TMZ no criminal charges are being filed.

Sochan was born in Guymon, Oklahoma, to an American father and Polish mother and this week spoke about how he will be representing Poland in the 2025 EuroBasket.

“Looking to the next summer, I think we need to prepare better mentally and physically. We need to be ready,” he said, after his participation in the 2024 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Valenciavia (via Polish Basketball Federation).

The 42nd edition of EuroBasket will take place in Cyprus, Finland, Latvia and Poland, so Sochan is excited to play in front of the Polish crowd.

“In the Olympic Games, we saw European powerhouses like Germany, Serbia, and France, so we know we need to be ready to compete with the best next year,” he noted.
