Anthony Edwards and Anthony Davis will walk Floyd Mayweather to the ring when he returns to fight John Gotti III on Saturday, according to TMZ Sports.
Mayweather has a long history of entering his fights alongside big-name celebrities, having previously walked in with Lil’ Wayne, Snoop Dogg and Justin Bieber, among others.
Mayweather, who is famously undefeated at 50-0, previously fought Gotti in June 2023.
Gotti was disqualified for holding in the sixth round, but attempted to continue throwing punches at Mayweather. That’s when members from both fighters’ camps flooded the ring, leading to an all-in brawl, with Mayweather quickly exiting the scene.
The fight had been tense from the start, with Mayweather in control and Gotti growing increasingly frustrated, which led to multiple infractions and complaints.
Mayweather, who retired in 2017 with an undefeated record, has since participated in various exhibition bouts.
The next instalment of Mayweather vs Gotti will take place in Mexico City on August 24.
