Kings, Bucks, Clippers, Pistons Agree to Four-Team Trade

Marvin Bagley III to Pistons

The Sacramento Kings, Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, and Detroit Pistons have agreed to a four-team trade per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Woj reports that the deal will go through as follows:

Kings receive Donte DiVincenzo, Trey Lyles, and Josh Jackson.

Bucks receive Serge Ibaka, two second-round picks, and cash considerations.

Clippers receive Rodney Hood and Semi Ojeleye.

Pistons receive Marvin Bagley III.

There’s a lot going on in this deal, so let’s break down the major details.

DiVincenzo, Lyles, and Jackson are all former top-20 picks that are under the age of 27.

Ibaka is an accomplished big-man that will give the Bucks spacing at the center position in the absence of Brook Lopez.

Hood and Ojeleye are veteran offensive and defensive specialists respectively – but the Clippers’ prime motivation seems to be rooted in moving off Ibaka’s contract.

Bagley III, 22, was selected second overall in the 2018 NBA Draft, and has posted career averages of 13.5 points and 7.4 rebounds on 49% shooting from the field.

Many more moves are sure to come before the 3PM EST trade deadline.
