New York Knicks ML @ $1.87 (Sportsbet)

The Knicks play their second day of a back to back, and their odds seem a little unexplainable. They’ve got 3 of the 4 best players on the floor – and have found a really nice rhythm in recent weeks. They’re 17/17 and would love to win today to get up over .500 for the first time in a long time. They get a great chance to do that against a struggling Pistons team. Expect a comfortable Knicks win.

The Hornets are playing a woeful Kings outfit today, and start as $2.20 outsiders. We think they’ll actually win today – but we’re giving ourselves a little safety net with the handicap. Gordon Hayward is out, but it means the Hornets will be able to run their rim rollers and lob catchers with a Rozier and Ball back court. As long as they lock in defensively, they should run amuck against a struggling Sacramento.
The Grizz opened at 1.90 last night against a beaten and bruised Rockets team, who are without Oladipo today, as well as the continued absence of Christian Wood. They have absolutely stunk it up in recent weeks, and Memphis will be looking for a confidence boosting win after splitting a pair of matchups against the Clippers last week.

$41 is a stupid price for a guy with big usage numbers, against a woeful Rockets defence. As always, he will need to be hunting his rebounds early in order for this to have a chance to cover, but we think his assists and points should be no issue. A little flirt, with high upside. Let’s lock in for a big one!
