Joel Embiid, Shake Milton Clash in Heated Mid-Game Confrontation

The Philadelphia 76ers entered the restart as possible contenders for this year’s title, but one game in and the team is already airing its dirty laundry in public.

Joel Embiid and Shake Milton got into a little bit of a heated exchange during a break in the teams’ first game against the Pacers.

Altercations between teammates are nothing new, but the clock is running on Philadelphia’s current lineup after the team lost game seven against the Raptors last year in the second round.

Jimmy Butler was replaced this season by Al Horford and Josh Richardson, and the team doesn’t appear to be the same or as good last year’s squad.

Embiid is dominant when healthy and Milton has helped the team with a scoring punch.

The Sixers need their players to be on the same page if they are going to navigate the East for a title run.

The bubble environment in Orlando is sure to exert a certain amount of stress on players who have no access to the outside world, including family for the time being.

The 76ers have plenty of time to work out any kinks in their game or team chemistry but an on-court public dispute is probably not how they wanted to make their bubble debut.
