It’s hard to overstate how disappointing Ben Simmons was in these playoffs.
He showed absolutely zero aggression, passed up open shots under the basket, failed to attempt a single shot in the fourth quarter of the last four games and missed a staggering 48 free throws across the playoffs, almost double the number the Suns and Nets missed respectively as a team.
