Kevin Durant and Kendrick Perkins played at OKC together but a sense of comradery isn’t felt between the two at all.
Following Kevin Durant’s sensational trade to the Suns, ESPN’s Kenrick Perkins wrote in an Instagram comment regarding the trade: “Player Empowerment? KD and Kyrie made all the decisions over there.”
“Ni**** like Perk make a living lying. Have some honor homie,” Durant back.
At around 1:30am for some in the US, Brooklyn sent the NBA world into a spin when they traded Durant to Phoenix and received Cam Johnson, Mikal Bridges, Jae Crowder, and four first round picks.
“The deal delivers Durant to the desert to partner with Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Deandre Ayton — and ends the great superstar experiment in Brooklyn. Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden all arrived to conquer the NBA together, and they all left on the muscle of trade requests. They played a total of 16 games together,” ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski wrote.
