THE LOCK

Houston Rockets -3.5

@ $1.82 (Sportsbet)

20 units

The Rockets are currently on a 19-game losing streak, so it’s safe to say they’re desperate for a win. Fun fact their last win was against the team they face tomorrow. Houston will have Wood and Wall back in the line-up so we are confident they can overcome an OKC team who will be short on key players. Horford, SGA, Hill and Bazley will all be missing for the Thunder. We’ve been keeping an eye on Oklahoma since coming out of the AS break given their surprising start to the season. They’ve lost by at least 20 points in 3 out of their 5 games since the break. Everything seems to be trending towards a team that will sell off their veteran pieces at the deadline and look to bottom out to end the season in contention for a top pick. Take Houston to finally get a win.

THE MID-RANGER

Leg one: Toronto Raptors -7.5 @ $1.90 (Sportsbet)

Leg two: Washington Wizards +8.5 @ 1.90 (Sportsbet)

Total odds: $3.80 (boosted)

Total stake: 4 units

The Raptors are finally back to full health with Siakam, Anunoby & VanVleet all back from COVID absences. Toronto have struggled to say the least during this period without those 3 guys. A matchup against the Cavs is perfect timing. Cleveland are in a weird situation having a mix of guys who are the future of the organisation and some that will be traded at the deadline. Remember who Andre Drummond is? We feel this game has a huge Toronto win written all over it. The 7.5 feels way too short, expect the Raptors to win by 15+ points.

Sometimes a team is just a bad matchup. That’s how we feel about the Wizards against Brooklyn. All signs points towards a bounce back game for the Nets who were embarrassed by Orlando, but we have overlooked this due to Washington’s ability to exploit the Nets defensive vulnerabilities. Westbrook loves facing his old teammates, so it’s a shame KD is out and he’ll have to settle for Harden. Brooklyn has no direct matchup for Bradley Beal, he hasn’t had issues scoring against them this season, averaging 32 points against BKN. We love the Wizards to keep this game close. 3.

THE SPECULATOR

Domantas Sabonis triple-double

@ $6.50 (Sportsbet)

2 units

Sportsbet keep offering juicy odds for Sabonis to stuff the stat sheet, and we’ll keep on hammering it. Indi’s big man has recorded a TD in two of his last five games, and missed another two by two assists, and one rebound respectively. Indians have started running a lot of their offense through him, and he has quickly become their go-to guy offensively. There’ll be High post DHO action aplenty, and the recent addition of Caris LeVert gives him another scoring outlet. Expect Sabonis to lead things again tomorrow as they look to win their second straight over Miami.
